The Sunita L. Williams Elementary School is a new school building, serving students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. The building consists of general, special education, and dedicated instruction classrooms, a gymnasium, media center, cafeteria and associated kitchen, administrative areas, and support spaces.
We provided all phases of design through project closeout for the Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical systems engineering.
Sustainable features include high-efficiency HVAC systems, direct digital temperature controls, photovoltaic solar array systems, energy-efficient lighting fixtures and controls, and electric vehicle charging equipment.
