The project consists of a new 24,000 SF, two-story public library building framed with steel, infilled with steel stud framing,r raised concrete upper floor, slab-on-grade lower floor, and metal decking at the roof. Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems are also included., The work also includes modifications and additions to the existing parking lot, and other outdoor paved areas, connections to utilities in the street, and work around the site.
Our services included Civil, Plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC, Electrical, and Technology, systems design, and construction administration phase services.
Systems designs included a roof-mounted 35.04 KW photovoltaic solar array system with all associated materials & equipment, high-efficiency lighting and controls, all branch circuit wiring, electrical vehicle supply equipment, emergency responder radio signal amplification system, electric water heaters, and water metering, energy recovery ventilator, variable refrigerant flow, ductless cooling units, and air-cooled condensing units.
