Interior renovations and an addition to the existing 108,631 SF school. The addition is approximately 75,793 SF.
GGD provided study, design, and construction/project closeout phase services for the Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Technology, and Security systems. We also provided the Technology Equipment Procurement vendor package.
Our design included energy-efficient systems such as a roof-mounted photovoltaic array system equaling 207.32 kW, an electric vehicle charging station, water-efficient design such as metering and water use reduction, indoor environmental quality, and variable refrigerant flow systems.
