The work includes replacing the existing school with a new, high‑performance facility and revitalizing the campus with upgraded utilities, parking, playgrounds, sports fields, and landscaped outdoor spaces.
The project is pursuing LEED certification, reflecting the town’s commitment to sustainability and healthy learning environments. GGD Consulting Engineers is providing MEP/FP, Technology, and Security system design services.
